Sterling silver fidget necklace with a plain simple polished finish.

These fidget necklaces are not only a piece of jewellery that you will enjoy wearing everyday they also allow you to discreetly fiddle with the rings, which can have a calming effect especially on an anxious or stressful day.

This pendant has a beautiful polished finish.

The pendant has 5 rings added, but you can add between 3 and 7 rings.

Pendant measures approximately 18mm in diameter by 24mm in length. You can choose the quantity of rings you would like added. 

Pendant comes with a 1.7mm belcher chain. These are available in five lengths. 16", 18", 20", 22" and 24".

Made by myself using 100% recycled sterling silver from my home workshop in Devon.
